CEO and Principal

The Managing Director of the company, Maghrabi is the firm’s senior partner. After completion of Bachelor of Commerce Degree, he joined a multinational Oil & Gas Exploration Firm PPL “Burmah Oil plc”. He worked in various Accounts department namely Well costing, General Ledger, Stores, Sub-contractors, Drilling & Exploration and Production sections for almost five years, Working at Burmah Oil (PPL) gave him indepth and comprehensive exposure of Oil & Gas specialised General Ledger Accounting and IT methodology. , Also mastered regulatory & compliance issues of Multi-national energy companies.
In early 1990s he was embarked on higher education in UK, and become “Chartered Management Accountant” ACMA 1995. Later also accomplished “Chartered Certified Accountancy FCCA” . During that further education period he was working in London City Chartered Accountants – M&T and Goodman Lawrence & Co. That exposure gave him enormous general accounting and auditing exposures in United Kingdom. Specifically Financial Accounts Production, Audit of Ltd Companies, Sole Traders & Partnership Tax Returns, Project Costing, Variance reports & Analytical reviews, Cash Flow Projections & Business Plans etc
